If aftercare is followed nail treatments can last up to 3 weeks.

Are you accepting new clients?
We are currently accepting new clients, but please bare in mind evening and weekend appointments get booked up quickly. Therefore we do recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment. If you can do weekdays daytime you may find it easier to get an appointment.
Do I need to pay anything when booking?
To make your booking, we do require a non-refundable booking fee. This is to secure your appointment. If you want to make future appointments, this can continuously roll over to the next appointment. If you want a one off appointment this fee can be redeemed from the treatment total. Cancellation will result in you losing your fee.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
It happens, we understand. But please bare in mind these policies are to protect staff losing out, as well as our clients. Please message us
with as much notice as possible either on Facebook, Instagram or 07514 591458. If you need to reschedule, your booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment but we must have 48 hours notice minimum, failure to reschedule a minimum of 48hours before appointment will result in you losing your fee. Cancellation will result in you losing your fee. No shows or cancellation will result in you losing your fee and a cancellation charge of up to 75% of treatment price.
How can I book an appointment?
We would love for you to book an appointment! The best way to do that is to contact us directly on either Facebook, Instagram, 07514 591458 or pop into the salon. You can make bookings on Treatwell, however we do recommend to contact us first so we can discuss your treatment. Don't forget lash & brow treatments require a patch test and all new clients must attend their first nail appointment with bare natural nails.
Will I receive appointment reminders?
If you have agreed to marketing emails when you make a booking you should receive an email confirmation, please check this is all correct.
You will receive an email reminder around 24hours before your appointment and usually a text on the day. All reminders are via Treatwell, please don’t rely solely on these reminders as sometimes technology can glitch.
Where can I park?
There is a free carpark right outside the salon, if full, surrounding roads usually have parking available.
Can I turn up early to my appointment?
It's not a problem if you turn up early to your appointment, however if it is much more than 10 minutes early if you could pop us a message to see if your technician is ready that would be appreciated! We do have a waiting area which you're welcome to wait in.
Is there age restrictions on treatments?
Yes! We do NOT offer acrylic nails, LVL Lashes or brow/lash tinting on under 16 year olds. However we do offer Brow waxing & Gel polish with parental permission & a parent present for the full appointment (14+).
Can I bring my child to the salon?
Let's get straight to the point...no. We're pretty sure your kids are lovely but it's just not the place for them. We are limited on space and there are chemicals & sharp tools on the premises. We're also very aware a lot of our clients are parents & this may be their only child free time so we'd like to keep it that way & ensure all our clients have that important time to themselves! And the boring bit... it's also for insurance reasons!
Will you remove my gels/acrylics from another salon?
Absolutely not, sorry! Many reasons for this, but our main priority is keeping your nails healthy. We want to be able to assess your nails before we do anything to ensure we are offering the correct treatment & that there are no issues which could prevent us going ahead with treatment. Different products/brands do also require different soak off methods or timings so that makes our appointment timings tricky! Therefore all new clients are requested to come to their appointment with bare nails.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes! A minimum of 48hours before lash/brow tint, HD Brows or LVL Lashes. This is valid for 6 months. If you have any medical changes in this period of time & want to book in for one of these treatments please let us know as you will need to be re patch tested.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes you can...great choice. Gift vouchers can either be purchased for a specific treatment or specific amount. We offer vouchers that can be collected or e-vouchers can be emailed. Please be aware that gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any expired gift vouchers will NOT be accepted.
